Where do you come from?
The reason I am asking this because at City the OS is trying to bring in "new fans" and Bluemoon(Man City forum is full of "new fans") which just dosent sit right with me.... I know that Manchester born and bread people move to the US of A or Melbourne for work commitments or whatever... so if you are not from where your local team play could you explain why you support them?
Joe in peace.
This may sound like a WUM but...

Im from Co.Antrim, N.Ireland, 22 years old, cant remember a time not supporting United, Though wen i was born i spent 4 weeks in hospital, and when i was brought home my mum put a tshirt on me that said "Born to play for Manchester United". Although that didnt really work out, i think that may go a long way in explaining why i support the mighty Red Devils.

I tell you most of Liverpools 'die hard fans' that I know only started supporting Liverpool after 2005, what a fatal mistake they made ha

Cape Town, South Africa. Local football here is short on quality although I still support my local team,Ajax Cape Town, and the PSL id definately getting better, especially with the new stadiums and facilities.
Support United because I loved their style of play. The 1st 2 seasons I remember was before the PL era and Liverpool won in 1991. Even though they were top dogs at the time, I saw United play good football and saw them challenging for the title. I never dreamed of the success to follow but I've been a United supporter since than.
