1. I would give him the transfer window once this takeover is sorted. Give him no excuses to fail.

SKB, I find Warnock very much in the same mould as Bates....lots of spin and nothing is ever his fault.

His appointment placated many fans and I'm sure part of it was to let Warnock's mouth take the focus off Bates, it worked.

I wouldn't trust him with the Christmas Club money, let alone any meaningful transfer budget.

He doesn't seem to take any responsibility, but he doesn't have to, because if he's sacked i doubt he'd care.

Yet he used a meaningful budget to achieve promotion with QPR in fantastic style just 2 seasons ago. More takeover problems at QPR though made it a difficult summer in terms of preparation for the Premier League campaign.

Grayson was brought in for one reason, to make the club do what it did the way Bates wanted it doing!..

Warnock was brought in because Bates was finding it a bit hot in his seat and had to try and change things to get people of his back, he promised Warnock the world, something nobody can give!..

The blame cant be directed where it cant be fixed, the only place it can be fixed is upstairs, and on that floor the real fight is on going!..

First came Bates then the team, no sorry, Bates, Hotel then team!..

These days its Bates, a takeover, and the as much to be made out of it as can be!..

The team is a sham, but Bates made it clear when taking over the team would pay for itselfe, but to do that it means it has to make a profit and bye better!..

Very, very lucky to have inherited Taarabt - without him, QPR would have been very ordinary. A freak year in a lifetime of hit, hope and aggression.

Just 32 goals conceded by the R's that season and managed to stay unbeaten until December. Also that 4 year plan film/documentary showed it was not a straight forward job managing QPR.
