wether or not it costs Seb the title (if it is upheld) isn't the case if a rule is broken then their should be a punishment no? much like the first lap incident that he caused and affected other peoples races...why wasn't he pulled up over that ala Hulkenburg?

RedBull can do what they like and never get punished. Was watching the german grand prix highlights yesterday and Ted Kravitz was highlighting how their car had infringed technical directives in the rule book but hey ho, no punishment.

Going by the common sense of it, the pro-Vettel party here are right in the sense that a green flag was raised therefore Vettel was entitled to make the pass. On the other hand, the pro-Alonso party are also within their rights to argue, as one marshal may have made a mistake in that he waved a green flag in the middle of a race-directors yellow-flag zone, signalling that he probably didnt know what he was doing...
