Has Mark Halsey

Set a precedent regarding his decisions this weekend?

Forget the rough & tumble between Stoke & Everton, he has actually stated that he did not see the headbutt, but saw the other 2 incidents.

Now the 2nd was just anything that goes on all the time in the penalty area ( if he did see it) i presume he concluded it was 50/50, so just let the game go on.

Now this is where i get a bit confused re: the 3rd incident?

If he said that he saw the open palm, hand punch, why did he not send him off?

I thought if anyone raised their arms, to another players face, it was an instant red, but Mr Halsey did not even book him.

So is it now OK, to whack someone in the face during a corner, even if the REF actually see's it?

Mr Halsey you have definately brought on another precedent, that i think cannot be upheld.

PS. after realising he made an absolutely horrendous calamity, he just backtracked, saying he saw the other 2 incidents to SAVE HIS JOB AS A PREMIER LEAGUE REFEREE.

PS admin can you multi board please, as i think this could be a good debate.
