Gym food

After a semester of heavy drinking, football and bad eating, I am finally working, looking after myself and working out!

However, I find one of the hardest thing about a good routine mixing up what you eat and keeping it exciting.

So I thought it would be a good idea for anyone to post any healthy, protein rich, recipes that they would recommend.

My favourite breakfast atm:

Porridge oats with water, scoop of casein, honey, cinnamon, peanut butter.
