Sure there is the issue that Pak players are not allowed to play despite there being Pak coaches, umpires and commentators (Indian logic)
That aside it's actually been an exciting tournaments with some very close games, super overs, hatricks and RP Singh no ball on the last ball
The lack of cricket has forced me to watch IPL

The IPL does occasionally come for undue criticism but at the end of it all 20 over cricket is a hideous aberration ruining the technical ability of an entire generation of cricketers. The IPL, as the foremost and most recognisable bastion of the T20 game is naturally the target for T20 haters such as myself.
I can't wait for the circus to fall on itself.
