Tennis just lost a character

Sad news that tennis lost an individual, fun, nutty character in Marion Bartoli.

So glad she won a slam, her talent and attitude deserved it.

I wish her well for next steps in her career.

28 is still fairly young too. Least she went out on a high.

She has had a tough time with her dad on tour, so having finally achieved her dream of a Slam, it is good to go out on a high.

I would not be surprised if she's back for French Open though.
