The Posh V The Red Devils

Peterborough play Crawley (not Man U) on Saturday hoping to extend their winning streak.

CT, however, can be tricky opponents as they showed against Wolves. The highs of Tuesday night must be forgotten (nay repeated) if we are to beat Crawley. Ex-Posh's Emile Sinclair will have a point to prove against the team he has just left to join CT, whilst Ex-Red Devils' Tyrone Barnett will be wanting to show the Crawley support what he has learnt at PUFC. Everything points to this being a savoury encounter.

C'mon the Posh!

I hope so, Don. I note that you have taken Ajose on loan (as to which see the separate Peterborough thread), and now we have bought Scougall from Livingston. If he's better than fellow Scot, Swanson, we'll have another gem.

As for tomorrow, we welcome back to London Road, Ex-Poshies and now Crawley players - Torres, Simpson and Jones. It should be a cracker!

3-1 Posh

A reasonable prediction, SirKen, on the basis of form up to now. A sunny result for the Posh, to match the weather down here. All will be revealed by 5pm.

UTP!

The words "Chalk" and "Cheese" come to mind. Crawley played well. We put on what will, hopefully, be our bum performance of the season. Why we didn't keep the team that defeated Reading, I do not know. Still, what a plonker ex-Poshie keeper Paul Jones was for having himself sent off at the end of the game.

Tomlin substituted at half-time. Could he be on his way to Celtic, despite Posh's rejection of their £1.4m offer?

Crewe next - vast improvement needed!

Yeah at least with no international break for League One and below can get back to winning ways next week.

Wonder what the odds were on Crawley winning to nil?

Breaking News - a third offer for Tomlin from Celtic was made during the game, unsettling him according to Fergie. I hope they will be reported (despite tonight being the deadline for Scottish transfers).

Just a blip hopefully, we go again!
no-one's going to go all season undefeated.

I feel terrible. This happened because I forgot my prediction

Don't worry lads, just a blip. I'll get you back up as Champions this season

And wtf is Tomlin playing at?

Scotland? SCOTLAND???

Listen Lee. Glasgow is alright, but you really think the country that brought us the battered is the place someone with your physique should be risking? No, no, no, no.

Now get down to that lovely cathedral and pray for forgiveness. You've got a Sunderland team to shoot down very soon. Your Lee Tomlin, not Gary f-cking Hooper. Real men play in real leagues.
