your power rankings

quite a chunk of the season gone now what your top 5?

1, chiefs, only unbeatan left, beast of a defense i think however the offense very efficent at the moment may be their undoing

2. seahawks, best d in the league at the moment, harvin to come bk will make their offense better, if o line can hold up they can go all the way

3. colts, 2 losses but have beat 3 out of my power 5 so come in at 3, the defense is helping luck alot more this year who himself is improving all the time, losing wayne is massive to their chances though

4. broncos, have looked shakey on defense for the last few weeks and dug too much of a whole this last week against the colts, manning will always give them a shot but imo need to make a trade to shore up the 2nd of they run into problems

5. sf, after a poor start back on track now, powerfull on defense and have alot of weapons on the offensive side, if crabtree gets back a serious contender to win it all

honourable mention saints(who just missed out)

suberbowl winner imo will come from one of these teams

heart pick is SF

head pick says seahawks if they finish num1 seed, cant see anyone beating them at home and dont see anyone in the afc being able to run with them at a neutral site

Hard to see past the Seahawks and the 49'ers at the moment, and that includes Denver.

I think both those you mention could easily ruin Denver's game plan.

The "experts" are suggesting that RG3 is nowhere near the player he was a year ago and may struggle to turn his career around, shows no confidence anymore and looks uncomfortable running as well.

The Redskins play calling doesn't help him. And their offensive line give him no protection what so ever.

There have been signs of late that he is starting to run better. He didn't get a chance yesterday.

Yeah I wouldn't write him off yet that's for sure.
I do worry that he just isn't comfortable taking a big hit now though, I really don't expect him to be in the NFL five years from now unfortunately, no team can afford to rely on a guy who is likely going to be injured often, look at how the eagles have had that issue the last few years, no momentum at all.

Kirk Cousisns is technically a better QB than RG3, but again, he wouldn't get any protection from the offensive line.

I feel there will be big moves from the Redskins in free agency next year, and they will likely do a deal with someone for Cousins and a high draft pick.

Think you are probably right, cousins I would imagine would interest a few sides who don't get a high draft pick.
As it stands there are about 7 or 8 sides who need to reload on qb.

Yes there is. And he will be an asset to any team that has a half decent offensive line.

Maybe they shock us all by offering up RG3 for even better draft options?!?
The NFL is a ruthless world.
Cousins has excellent numbers for his time on the pitch, 33 of 48, 68% completion rate.

Tampa, Jacksonville, Minnesota, Cleveland, Houston and Chicago will all be keen to pick one up for sure I would think.......and then to a lesser extent Arizona, st Louis, Tennessee and maybe even philly?

I don't think it would be that big a shock if they traded RGIII instead of Cousins.

..............................

Put it this way, if that happened, I wouldn't like to be in Snyder or Allen's shoes. They would get lynched.

.......................

I think the day of the scrambling QB is coming to an end.

...........................

I think the exact opposite. You are seeing more of them.

The problem with both the Eagles and the Redskins is that their respective offensive lines don't give good enough protection to either Vik or RGIII.

Imagine how good their offences would be if either QB got the protection Eli, Peyton, Tom Brady, Drew Brees etc get.

Drew Brees has time to light up a reefer and smoke the damn thing before he has to throw it.
