I don't love watching a good d in NFL at all Mick. Unless it's my own. I can appreciate it. But Elway got me into the broncos with all out attack. I was sold on the sport on all out attack. Being a Bronco is like being Real Madrid/Barca fan due to history suchj as Elway and even Morton before him. That's why our QB's all get fired and not bad teams get stick.

Not just this year, it was last year as well, thought we had the best team then as well. I'm just excited as it's been 15 years since the elway win.

Just a tad premature to declare them the 'best of all time' though- seemed to struggle quite a bit even in the last game versus NE until the whole Welker/ Talib altercation. I also have to say that in the whole of the AFC you'd be hard pushed to find a defence even half as strong as the Seahawks'- would the offensive records have been broken had you guys played in the NFC this season??

All that said, Seattle wins this game by keeping the horsemen in the stable and by doing what we do best- powerful running and clinical passes when required. Never being afraid to improvise because the QB has the ability and intelligence to pull it off- only in is second year!

As for the football analogy- there's an art to great defending in both sports- Italy world cup winners in 82 and 2006? In the NFL, you get to show it by producing epic interceptions and pick sixes not by parking the bus!!

I like both teams.. i'm glad it's the seahawks and not the forty-whiners. I'm not sure who will win.. I think the seahawks are an overall better team, but manning's such a good QB that we all know that he will get points.
