Queens

With the grass court season well underway; the aperitif to Wimbledon, Queens - or rather AEGON Tennis Championships - promises to be entertaining.

The Sloane set are out, strawberries are blooming, Pimms is flowing, weather is lovely and flowery dresses aplenty with the odd smattering of a celeb or two.

With the the other veritable members of the Big Four out, who will emerge triumphant? Murray to defend his title under the watchful eye of his new coach? Tsonga to prove valiant? Or Gulbis, DIimitrov and Stannis to emerge triumphant?

My favourite player at Queens? Nicholas Mahut! A throwback style to one days when players could serve and volley.

Just caught end of final, Dimitrov was quite disrespectful towards Wimby.

Was really excited about the Rally4Bally but then had to endure cringeworthy Rob Curling who kept calling Bally Ellie and you could see was plainly annoying the players.

Fantastic cause though, I'm a big Baltacha fan and her memory lives on in all the kids who will ow have a chance at the sport.

RIP Bally.

RIP Bally indeed.

I suppose Dimitrov is picking up ungallant behaviours from Sharpova.

PS

Congrats Fed on 7th Halle win.

I wonder if Fed meets Dimitrov in Wimbledon, would it be ala Fed vs Sampras with Dimitrov triumphing and Fed passing the torch?

Though i think Fed would win comfortably.
