Team Vs Burnley

What do people expect the team to be?

I don't see LVG switching from 3-5-2 just yet, and I'm unsure if Di Maria will start so soon into his Utd career, although I am desperate for him to do so.

My expected line up:

-----------------De Gea
---------Jones--Smalling--Blackett
Young---------------------------------Rojo
-------------Fletcher--Cleverly----------
--------------------Mata
---------------RVP----Rooney

I'm unsure whether Rojo has his work permit yet?

Where Di Maria fits into this formation (unless Mata is dropped).

I prefer Young to Valencia and I think LVG does too.

Blackett deserves to start ahead of Evans.

I hate this formation.

FFS busby it was his first game in god knows how long and he had no pre season, what do you expect?

I'd be slighlty more píssed at Welbeck and Hernandez who have no excuse.

Firstly, I'm not píssed off with him.

Secondly, if he looks shot after 30 minutes versus MK Dons in midfield, how do you expect him to play wing back in the PL?

He isn't fit enough for that role.

Di Maria better be starting is all I can say. I'm not watching United throw that kind of money around just so that Van Gaal can continue with his mass observation of the squad. What does he think happens in this country, that the season restarts once the manager has spent a few months assessing things?

Yep that's horrendous. Presumably something to do with the ongoing criminal investigation in Argentina.

If that is the case, I don't see how we are going to get a permit before the registration window closes.
