Peterborough Utd V Yeovil Town

Gary Johnson returns to London Road with the Glovers hoping, no doubt, that his team will break its drawing habit. The Posh, on the other hand, will be playing to secure a none too frequent home win.

If do we win this game, and the next, then we're back in the final play-off position race. And, really, we ought to win on Saturday.

And wouldn't it be nice if Aaron Maclean scored, to celebrate the extension of his loan to the end of the season (and be rewarded, for once, for all the effort he puts in).

UTP!

W@ltzing, bless you!

This afternoon's win (hard fought by all accounts on a sodden pitch) was encouraging, but it will take a minor miracle for us to win promotion this season. We'll try, however, to do what Chelsea couldn't and beat the Bantams for you.

P.S. Miracles do happen!

21:03 Posh rage

There will be no incomings at League One Peterborough, and chairman Darragh MacAnthony is not happy. MacAnthony claims a Championship club has failed to make an agreed large payment preventing Posh from strengthening their squad.

"Truthfully it is a disgrace and their chairman is the same," MacAnthony says on Twitter. "It has put us last minute in a terrible predicament which I shall now fix and once the loan window opens, we shall bring in a couple of players to help the squad.

"It's also a shambles the Football League allow this nonsense to carry on and not for the first time. I'm also sure we are not only club who it has happened to but the knock on effect is outrageous and doesn't help a club like Peterborough that's for sure!"

Ouch Gary Johnson lost both to Man utd under LVG and Darren Ferguson Peterborough utd and got sacked after losing to Peterborough. Fergie wins= sack the manager. Yes I know they are bottom but seems fickle and harsh considering previous success.
