The eclipse superstition returns in 2015, the solar eclipse will take place at around 8.45am GMT and is due to last for a few hours. Pay no attention to it and turn a blind eye to it, the sun's vanishing act. But if you do go believe in this, don't look directly at the sun, drink plenty of water and make yourself visible.

not blind yet.
at 9.15 got a great pic with eyes of the moon taking a bite of the sun. After that too bright.
Can see why it can cause blindness.

well down in Kent, we had to imagine the eclipse as the skies have been cloudy and downcast all morning. shame as the next one is in 75 years' time.
I wonder if Arsenal would have won the CL by then

there's another partial eclipse in about 10-12 years time, much like todays.
Next total eclipse in 2090, when I will be 117 and going strong!
