Great start to the season

What a start for Yorkshire! Was not expecting to see us beat Worcs after three days considering we were behind yesterday and trailing after the first innings.

Patterson & Brooks on form bowling today, ended up winning with a day to spare!

Anyone think we can defend the county title this year?

I bet the Tykes are really glad that 4 of their better players are currently carrying drinks and sun bathing in the West Indies rather than playing in the Championship for Yorkshire

Gillespie has taken the Adeleide job in Big Bash, still keeping his role with Yorkshire also though.

Luckily for the Yorkies they were playing the side almost certainly, who will finish bottom

I am very happy for the Yorkshire players called up for England.

However i will feel very annoyed & disappointed if all of our players are not playing in the 2nd Test vs West Indies.

It seems there is a conspiracy against Yorkshire.

Taking nearly all of our best players & not play them in international cricket.

Message to ECB - you either play our Yorkshire players or give us them back.

Got a job on beating Notts this week, looking like a draw after the first two days play.

how do Wetherby long time no speak!! Well, great start for Yorkshire but what the HECK do these bloomin England selectors think they are doing?!? Get an injury to Tredwell, have Rashid there and then pick Moeen! Its a diabolical liberty! Moores out and Gillespie IN and then perhaps Yorkshire can have some of their players back!! God this riles me!!

Moeen is ahead of Rashid at this moment in time. So if they were only going to play one. Moeen is the man

Agreed moeen should be there ahead of rash is but what I meant was rash is should be allowed home to play for Yorkshire Albion! He has been sat around bringing drinks out

Big win for Yorkshire at home to Notts who had included the mighty Stuart Broad in their ranks.

9 points behind leaders Durham with a game to spare.

Come on Yorkshire.

big result, was worried the match was going to be too heavily affected by the weather.
