Get it right, Niki.

No one can claim I do not admire the great Niki Lauda. (Well they can, but it would not be true) Easily in my top ten of the world's greatest drivers and in my top 5 of greatest living people.
But he really is wrong here, in fact I don't believe I have ever seen him so wrong and I am surprised at his approach which verges on amateur to me.

Amazingly for one so well versed in legal procedures none of Lauda's statements address the Sauber claim, which I perceive as valid. "Sauber never built a competitive car". What has that to do with their claim the money is unfairly divided?

"There have always been winning and losing teams in F1". Yes there have. What has that to do with Sauber's claim the money is unfairly divided?

I am disappointed Lauda's defence is so weak. I hope Mercedes GP use it in the case. They will get stamped on good and proper. (IMO)
Lauda is usually correct and I am a fan of his, but he needs to look back at his own case of LaudaAir V's Austrian Government (or whoever it was, I forget now)
More important he needs a defence that addresses the issue.
"Katelborn, inconsistent"? Not even worth bothering with, almost a stupid remark.

Is it time to stop the globe-trotting? Perhaps the garden needs a little work, in which case I hope he stays away from tractors.
