.....if you were a betting man, I am afraid it is Rosberg's title-Hamilton will have too many grid penalties coming up because of engine issues. whereas Rosberg for some reason with the same engine, likely not to have any

The fact Rosberg and Hamilton are usually so close shows both are fast.
