Posh V Bradford

A testing first home game of the season, but all the better for it.

Can we make it a hat-trick of 3-2 wins? Hairy, but entertaining stuff.

Looking forward to seeing Maddison in action again, and to seeing our prodigal son, Paul Taylor. Will Tom Nichols start after his brace in the EFL Cup?

We have plenty of attack-minded players, but the usual wobbly defence.

Will Grant McCann's promising management style make the difference this season? Are we bound for glory?

A win today should be on the cards, particularly as the Bantams endured extra time and a penalty shoot out in the EFL Cup on Tuesday night.

Looking forward to the game.

The expected win did not materialise. I forgot that Bradford reached the play-offs last season and are a decent side.

Unfortunately, our performance was uninspiring today. Only in the last twenty minutes did we move forward with some ideas. Leaving it late is a bad habit.

Now old timer Bostwick deserved his man-of-the-match award, and was the only Posh player who played to his full potential. Another stiff test awaits us on Tuesday night - last-season-play-off team, Millwall. A home game, but I won't be going, in case we lose again.
