Huddersfield Town 2 QPR 1

Date: 17/09/2016
Venue: John Smiths Stadium
Kick off : 3 pm

After 7 games we are top of the league… no doom & gloom about the clanger from Ward on Tuesday.. that is now closed.

Various people ( including my brother ) think QPR are a wounded animal after losing 6-0 to champions elect Newcastle, the game before also at home was a 1-1 draw with Blackburn who, will be lucky to get to Blackpool’s points total of a couple of years ago.

We have a had a tough run of fixtures & amassed 16 points, it will be interesting to see how Town react to a loss, I think it will make us even tougher to play against, with our great home crowd behind us after 3 weeks away , I wonder if Lynch will get a chance to bolster their defence…..

I think WE are a wounded animal… & will win this game by 2 clear goals, Smithies will get a good reception, Lynch, well, he’s hardly played, don’t know wether he’s injured or not fancied, he was on the bench against Newcastle but didn’t feature at all in the previous 2 league games.

Town- WDWWWL

QPR- WLLWDL

Last time in Huddersfield...

29/08/15- Town 0 QPR 1 a last minute goal gave the visitors an undeserved win.

£5 a ticket now as Town look to sell out the home areas, really good that for the fans.
Time for Wells to start in a 2 up top….
I predict a 3-0 Town win in front of 20,665

With the Rotherham match being a Tuesday night I won't be taking my little one and my brother is really wanting to go (Leeds fan ....converted by the end of the season I reckon 👌🏼). Does anyone know the process for transferring an U8s ticket to an adult one for the game?

Also, I fancy a bit of South Stand action for this one as my lad would be terrified in there and I won't get too many chances. I know it'll be open to Town fans so would we be able to go in there after transferring, obviously provided it's not already full?

I,m pretty sure as a season ticket holder you can just turn up and get in champers on a first come basis
