Admin Geezers - Techie Advice

Need a bit of techie advice

I can post on here on my Mac, at home, but can't post from my office PC (Windows). I can login, but posts don't appear on the article I'm responding to.
Might not be anything to do with the site, but on 606, I could post on both.

Ah, so it's Browser-type stuff, eh?

I'll have a look tomorrow, see what I've got on there. Come to think of it, my techie elf may well have changed it recently.I'll mullah him, if he's stopped me posting.

Strict policies on downloading stuff in work, though. Only the elf can do it, and only pre-approved and standard stuff.

You'll have to humour me, here, but how does stuff I download at home help with my work machine?

Oh, I see what you mean.
Strict policies on memory sticks as well, though.
It's a financial house, they won't let you do anything.

I'll have a word with the elf tomorrow, see if we can work something out. Bit of bribery, or something.

Chromeframe might be a shout. You don't need Admin rights!

But you do have to download it, right?

OK, sounds like it's worth a shout.
Thanks
