Season ticket holders who have sold their seats to Cologne fans will be banned.
A great night for the 25,000 waiting list of Arsenal fans.

A matw of mine on the waiting list told me its a 12 year wait recently. Hes only got 4 years left, but it may be a bit sooner
And for all the bad press there does seem to have been that much trouble. Only 5 arrests.

What are they getting banned for? Selling their seats, which they're entitled to, or unintentionally creating a lively atmosphere at the Emirates?

We have been charged by UEFA for having blocked stairways which could have resulted in deaths.
You can fully expect the club to come after touts.
It is just very fortunate that it's 2017, because not so long ago if a group of Cologne fans started singing in the home end the lesser spotted Arsenal neanderthal would have hospitalised him.

Season tickets are sold back to the club, they then go on sale to Red Members.
Unless season ticket holders were giving their membership card to get through turnstile to German fans I can't see how it's their fault.
The game didn't go on general sale, so either the Germans bought Red Membership then a ticket(?) or the touts got hold of the tickets and sold them on.
Be interesting to see if the Germans had paper tickets or membership cards.

I doubt arsenal will turn down their payments of 20000 season tickets.

I fear that was the case.

Apparently there were a few who bought Arsenal membership to get a ticket. Most, I would guess, just bought them off the quivering Arsenal fans too scared to approach the stadium.

I turned up and saw the crowds and queues and watched a some of the game in a pub. Am I going to get a refund? No chance. What the feck were Cologne doing encouraging so many to travel?
