Bilic next to go?

Conte is a quality manager Earl, unlike Jose I can see him actually coming out of the current rut at Chelsea. But also like Jose, he’s suffering once again from a post title win.

If he doesn't I wouldn't be surprised if Conte jumped before he's pushed.

He's clearly not happy with how the summer window went and he walked out on Juve due to issues with the board over transfers.

Chelsea are a circus so it wouldn't be a surprise if he was sacked/walked. A bloody successful circus, however.

It's the same as gus poyet, great for about six months then these types of managers run out of luck. It's great being passionate but you need more than that.

To be fair I can see Mourinho in the same light, perhaps not to the same extent but along the same lines, all fire and brimstone for a few months the players and fans buy it but it soon goes by the wayside

Newcastle have a terrible squad. Workmanlike but lacking quality. Lascelles is good, and merino has quality but he’s only on loan. But players like Hayden and Perez and joselu etc are all just hard workers with little quality.

People need to take a managers success in context IMO.

What I mean here is that conte winning the league had a lot to do with where utd and city were at the time. Still a great achievement but if the likes of Chelsea and utd and city had not been going through changes/turmoil I don't see Leicester getting the trophy like they did

It's like poch now. He has been brilliant IMO and like it'd in 1992 just needed to get that winners mentality in the players to go up a level. Yet the whole stadium change will set spurs back, not because of the whole Wembley thing either. This will impact on success for him over the next few years. I believe had the stadium issue not happened spurs would be there or there about in next couple of years. Now 5 years plus imo
