UFC 218: Holloway vs Aldo 2 Fight Thread!!!

The last UFC pay per view event delivered beyond expectations and whilst not as hyped, UFC 218 has the potential to supersede it.

In the main event we've got the current featherweight champion defending his title once more, against a former the former king, Jose Aldo. Holloway earned a decisive victory over Aldo at UFC 212 but a fighter of Aldo's calibre can never be overlooked or counted out. In the co main event, two titans collide as Alistair Overeem takes on the highly touted Francis Ngannou. Overeem has yet to touch UFC gold and this could be his last opportunity to do so whilst Ngannou is seen by many as the future king. The veteran vs the prospect, it's a make or break fight for both and in this division, it only requires one shot. Henry Cejudo and Sergio Pettis battle it out for the title contender spot against DJ. With TJ Dillashaw looming on the horizon, one of these guys needs a statement victory to earn a title shot and also liven up a very shallow division. Finally, perhaps the most anticpated fight on the card, Eddie Alvarez takes on Justin Gaethje in a contest that many have predicted to be utter chaos. Alvarez needs a win desperately whilst Gaethje will be hoping to build on his vicious deubt with another stunning victory.

Max Holloway vs. José Aldo
Alistair Overeem vs. Francis Ngannou
Henry Cejudo vs. Sergio Pettis
Eddie Alvarez vs. Justin Gaethje
Tecia Torres vs Michelle Waterson

Predictions: Holloway Sub,Ngannou TKO,Cejudo UD, Gaethje TKO,Waterson TKO

Mcgregor is an independent contractor for ufc, so there's not a lot they can do.

Not sure how many shall sue him for damages though, sadly those who blindly follow him will still think he's the greatest thing ever
