Don't worry Liverpool fans. As soon as Jurgen gets 2 hours spare he will write his book on defending and youl win the league.

Are Liverpool doing the same usual annual getting knocked out of all cup competitions as soon as possible so they can concentrate on trying to win the league (and then don't) and make them nation's favourite second team in the process and win feck all again' plan going to plan i see?

They're game plan of running the opposition into the ground ultimately results in running themselves into the ground. They've made far more substitutions than any other PL team this season, which shows an awareness of that on Klopp's part. But you can only do so much, when that is your one and only approach to every game

This is part of the reason I don't get on board with our fans moaning about us not playing a high-pressing, high tempo, all action game all of the time.

Watch Liverpool (in particular) and Spurs pick up a bunch of muscle fatigue-related injuries and drop off the pace in the last three months of the season. Playing like that every game just isn't sustainable.
