Definitely bottom half. A good indication is to look at who their best players are and whose teams those players would get into. There best player is probably Scott Sinclair, who I doubt would start for any top half PL team.

Their best player is Scott Sinclair....they would be smashed by the likes of Huddersfield and Palace.

I would say comfortably above Leeds United.

Best player this season is James Forrest, Scott Sinclair doesn’t get in the team just now.

Guardiola Man City couldn't beat Celtic home and away last season.

With the team they have they would struggle be bottom 6 in PL. However they have supporters all over the world and in time would be one of the biggest clubs in PL

If they managed to survive and rake in the cash i could see them mid table in a year but its a wee bit harder build a real team than all that. I am sure home form can get you top 6 but look at arsenal for the points total of a team not playing well away.

Lets be clear.

Celtic. 70k in weekly great

Newcastle 50k in every week easy.

You need financial muscle plus a decent team at the outset just to stay up. Newkie are hanging on this year due to their owner... again.

They ought to be up there 6th/7th making the rest live's hell but they are not.

With respect to celtic you need more than a big ground and passionate fans to compete in the prem.

If celtic had the money and they could survive a couple years they could do something. Its not just the mega rich clubs, its london clubs charging double epr ticket that celtic will and having global footprints

When you look where Burnley are then I can't see why Celtic can't be in top half.

Both Celtic and Rangers would be pushing top 6.
