Cross play switch with PS4

Can you cross play rocket league on the Nintendo switch and play against friends on PS4?

I have a PS4 but also can I log into my rocket league account with the DLC included or do I have to buy it all again or start from scratch?

It's weird, I usually Google this and I have but I'm finding conflicting information where some people and sites are saying no and then other sites/people are saying yes!

Any help would be great

update Rocket League is now cross platform but as far as I'm aware its only PC, PS4 & Xbox?
