Why someone would say "I absolutely despise" a football club is strange, Surely this would apply to someone who, say mugged you, stole your car or cheated with your girlfriend. Seems extreme. Perhaps take your football supporting to a much lower level ?
As for Spurs, the fact you have raised the question tells me you are worried.
