Let us do it the old way. Pick the players you think will reach each stage, and you will get their ranking multiplied by a factor dependant on the round...
The top 32 in the Order of Merit are seeded. The next 32 are based on pro-tour rankings. Then there are qualifiers.
LAST 16
Pick 16 players. You will get their ranking point. So if you pick MvG you will get 1 point. If you pick Ross Smith you will get 42 points if he makes it. If you pick a qualifier you will get 100 points.
QUARTER FINALS
Pick 8 players. Get their rank x 2.
SEMI FINALS
Pick 4 players. Get their rank x 4
RUNNER-UP
Pick 1 player. Get their rank x 8. If your runner-up wins you get their rank x 2
WINNER
Pick 1 player. Get their rank x 16. If your winner is runner-up you get their rank x 2.

Don't think they will risk Sherrock being whitewashed by MvG, tbh. Probably give her Aspinall or Durrant.

Peter Wright back up to #2 in the world. Looked like he was on a irreversable slide down the rankings, but this will keep him up there for the next couple of years.
Michael Smith out of the top 4.
Nathan Aspinall ends the season in 8th, Jonny Clayton somehow clung on to his 16th seed with both Bunting and Ratajski failing to capitalise.
Glen Durrant is up to 22, not bad for his first year. About £22k from the top 16.
Barney ends his career as #50.
Darius Labanauskas jumps up to #52.
Corey Cadby just about hangs onto his tour card, ending the season in 63rd.
Antonio Alcinas benefits from Barneys retirement after ending 65th.
Fallon Sherrock is 91st after just one tournament - but will need to qualify through Q school in 2 weeks to get a tour card.

While I don’t fully agree with it a Taylor return would be at least intriguing.
RVB on the other hand I don’t see the point of especially considering he has just retired and has been largely awful for over a year.

Can't believe MVG lost to Wright of all people
But fair play to Wright, he played well and definitely deserved to win
After MVG of course, my next favourite player is now nailed on as Gerwyn Price, great character
