Mundo Deportivo is reporting that Leeds United have been offer Barcelona's Rafinha.
Barcelona want around £14 million for the Brazilian international midfielder but Leeds 'cannot financially manage’ signing Rafinha, according to the report.
Rafinha spent last season on loan at Celta Vigo and the Spanish side want the 27-year-old midfielder.

Wonder where that leaves us in relation to De Paul and Gvardiol. Can we not afford Rafinha because the money is committed elsewhere or whether we just simply cannot afford to spend a further £14m which would pour cold water on us signing De Paul for over £30m and Gvardiol for £17,8m.

I hope the reason we can't pay that amount is the other two signings are agreed and our budget is spent.
