What’s everyone’s thoughts on this? My issue with brown has been the fact he’s been so overused given his age. I’d have liked to have seen him phased out over the last 12 months or so but he’s played nearly all time when fit but for Soro little run in side.
Given the scale of the rebuild I’d maybe have kept him and feel a bit sad at the thought him leaving now when there’s no fans to see him off as he will go down as one of the most successful captains in our clubs history which given his limitations as a player deserves great respect. Also thought he played well Sunday and showed he can still be useful.
