Rangers requested 50,000 fans to be allowed inside ibrox over 5 days, on the 21st April.

So that’s very comparable to a decision made on the 24th may for events taking place from 11th June onwards.

The thing about Dilbert though is that it never specified anything political or organisational but you could relate it to anything.
