That was an excellent result for Forest, Carvalho and Chris Hughton. I've been saying for some while [perhaps not on here] that C.H needed to install confidence & self belief back into Carvalho's game. Last night will go some way in achieving that.
Both L.G and J.C could see a resurgence in form if they can re-form their partnership from 2/3 seasons ago.

I'm still very doubtful about Carvalho making a big impact at the City Ground. I do think he has talent, but he needs someone alongside him to do his dirty work for him and someone ahead of him who can anticipate what he want to do and acts on it. During his time here there has never been enough movement ahead of him. Maybe Johnson and Mighten can provide that - we'll have to wait and see.
