Disgusting isn't it.

It is. Just another in the long line of clubs manipulating the fixture list. Once they let Spurs take a couple of away games off to give Conte time and 6 home games in a row, it was fair game to any club that wanted to lie and cheat.

Just going by the rules, as the PL have set out.

Great for fans of the clubs though when they can watch their team play every 3 days.

Teams with players at AFCON are more likley to have games postponed. Probably because having players at AFCON makes it more likely that those teams will not have enough squad numbers to fulfil a game.

Its not rocket sconce.
