Bolton Wanderers v Cambridge United

Midweek matchday as Bolton welcome Cambridge to the unibol for an 8pm kickoff. After 3: straight wins to nil cumulating in the best Bolton performance in living memory in beating Sunderland 6-0 I hope everyone isn't too giddy. Chuck in probably the most successful January transfer window in the clubs history where evatt landed all his targets with Dempsey being the final piece of the jigsaw signing late last night. Cambridge will offer a different challenge to Sunderland. Currently 12th and doing the best of the 4 clubs promoted from league 2 last season Cambridge are in form and are unbeaten in 5 in January. Cambridge beat bolton at home earlier this season 1-0 and were too tough a nut to crack on the day despite Bolton dominating. Team news. No new injury scares, unfortunately Dempsey isn't registered for tonight. Amaechi and tutte not fully fit yet and Kachunga, isgrove still out with Sheehan to next season. Would be amazed if it wasn't an unchanged side tonight.

As for the early sale of season tickets, I reckon that they may want to get some early money in the kitty for when the tax bill is due to be paid. I think that it may be due this month. I only say that because mine was due this month. I could be wrong.

Giving some incentive will hopefully draw in some cash but obviously, not everyone will be in a financial position to be forking out the cash. However, something may be done with direct debits to make the most of sales.

We will find out tomorrow.

Guess Lee will come back for Bakayoko as one change. Season tickets as on direct debit no problem roll over and automatically renew. Still paying for this season and will become an issue if end up having to pay 2 debits side by side. See what Friday brings.

Plenty of time to make the most of the day before we settle down for the big news briefing from BL6. Followed by the rush to buy season tickets for next season.

That is the problem, Benny. That's why I think that the club might do something about direct debits. Just what they could do, I'm not sure so it will be interesting to see what they offer.

I think it's a good deal and you don't have to commit straight away.

I wonder what the season ticket holders on the forum think about it? That is what really matters.

My season ticket has dropped from £248 to £219. Paying £24.80 per month at the moment, last payment 1st April. Next seasons will start going out 2nd may which will be £19.90 per month. So yes no brainer to renew and great value.

That's a win-win situation. I hope that the club gets the response that it deserves.
