Looking really poor for Red Bull - three failures. Tsunoda the only one to finish (and currently the leading Red Bull driver).

Shame Schumacher got punted as that could have been a double points finish for Haas, but can't complain about a 5th place.

Red Bull powertrains don't give you wings

Happy to see Zhou pick up points. Had a lot of unfair detractors and thinly-veiled racism* about him getting a seat so it's nice to see him having a clean weekend and a good result.

*Not on here, in case anyone wonders.

Need to ask Lewis for next weeks lotto numbers.

Max had fuel pump failure, not sure if that was the case for Perez. Gasly seem to have a power failure.

Interesting times for Red Bull.

With the way the rear just seized for Perez I'd be surprised if it was a fuel pump. Looks like the whole engine locked up.

I don't know if it's better for Red Bull if it was three separate issues or the same issue three times.

Either way we seem to be back to the Newey days of building a car that's extremely fast but doesn't finish a race.

The fuel pumps are standard parts supplied to teams by the FIA…

If it’s the cause of all 3 issues with varying outcomes you’d have to question if the Red Bill teams are tampering with their fuel

McLaren, such a disappointment, what a donkey of a car they built after promising progress past few years. Bit like Utd, more about creating a brand and this fun cheery atmosphere than actually building a car that can win.

Just read more into the fuel pumps… McLaren and Mercedes also has issues with them in testing. Apparently the resin case fails and leaks fuel onto the electronics.

Doesn’t explain Perez’s engine seizing & Max’s hydraulic issues but does explain Gasly’s fire
