Free PS+ games for October

PlayStation Plus Monthly Games for October:

Hot Wheels Unleashed

Injustice 2

Superhot : This game is absolutely brilliant in VR. This is not that Version though, so just the TV and controller. But still well worth playing.

All in all a pretty good month, check the link for more info https://blog.playstation.com/2022/09/28/playstation-plus-monthly-games-for-october-hot-wheels-unleashed-injustice-2-superhot/?fbclid=IwAR1qRjm9SnYvbaPBg9AvPseyEHFroeQzlityxl2iRLyECSaAHR_PdN1miXY

As ever enjoy

I haven't actually played it without VR Simon, so it was only my perception. I played it at a mates in VR and that was the big hook for me, like being in the Matrix.

Will certainly give it a go for a free download on my PS5 though, as I don't have VR anymore.

Will get the PSVR2 though eventually.

Would love to know if you feel VR "ruined it" for you though!

Have some people said that?

Interesting if so.

I dont think so Mike - but I feel the majority went flat > VR, rather than what you have done. And the VR aspects are amazing!

I think Simon is saying, after playing it in VR. Trying to play Superhot without it isn't the same.

I get you

It might well be the case. Probably would be for Wipeout too if I were to ever play that as a standard racer.

Wipeout is another good call. I would imagine Playing No Mans sky in VR would also be a great experience (never played it though) But I have Played Resident Evil 7 and VR definitely takes that game to another level. My mate couldn't handle it (far too scary )

Amiga, off topic but seeing as though you've still not forced Admin to get you an EV board I thought you should know I took delivery of my Polestar 2 (LR dual motor) earlier this week.

Wasn't really thinking about switching to EV just yet but started a new job a few months back which meant giving up the Octavia VRS I'd got through work.

Been suffering painfully with a Vauxhall Crossland pool car since I started the job, but the option of an EV appealed to me more as my commute is further now, and can charge up at work as I'm in the office 3 out of 5 days now.

Only had it 2 days but the thing is like a fckin rocket

Feels very well made and so far a comfortable pleasure to drive.

Welcome to the future FFS Mike

Many people have no idea how fast EV sales are growing, and have all sorts of concerns and misconceptions about them.

The move to electric It is one of the biggest changes in our lifetime , and it would be great to be able to have a section where those interested could discuss it.

But great to hear you have joined the electric revolution, and thanks for letting me know. The Polestar is a great EV. There is a guy from work just got his Ioniq 5, he is loving it, and he can't even charge at home.

I like the look of the Ioniq, so futuristic but still looks pretty cool imo and I’m not usually a fan of the ‘top futuristic’ looking EVs. Polestar is beautiful in person, been out for a decent drive tonight. Great car so far. Golf clubs fit in it nicely too which is a big factor, not sure about the Ionic.
