I don’t blame Paratici - he is working with a budget that would make a church mouse blush.

His job is basically alchemy

Hes slammed like 50m on Romero
40m on kulusevski
25m on bentancur
22m on Royal
60m on richarlison
20m on spence
30m on Udogie
25m on Bissouma

That's not a small budget ffs

In ny opinion we need RWB and 2xCBs

The CB positions are where there are a ton of mistakes, poor decision and poor quality

RWB is obvious to everyone that it needs to be upgraded

The only reason I'm happy to wait a little longer for the forward positions because we have 5 players up there (excluding Lucas as he's just atrocious) when all fit. We've just been unlucky that they've all been facking injured at the same time

Not sure where you are getting your figures from - we’ve not paid anything for Kulu yet and ultimately he will cost us £29m. Bentancur was £18m and Udogie £17m

What do I mean by Alchemy - well Chelsea spent over £100m on Koulibaly and Fofana this summer

And their manager has been sacked off the back of such fantastic spending...

Also, we've paid 8.3m to loan Kulusevski foe 2 seasons and then have an obligation to by for 30m, so near enough 40m

Yeah but give Conte the same as well as the £50m for Cucurella and let’s see how he does - we’re above them without the money, so who knows where we will be with it

How about needing to go big on a decent CB and instead we loaned Lenglet and pushed Davies inside whilst spending £20m on “club signing” Spence.

That’s the difference

The comment about Kulusevski being brilliant is irrelevant. It's still momey being spent by Paratici, and a lot of it.

Regarding your points onc CBs I think that's very unfair when you consider that for the last few windows our top targets have been hugely expensive CBs in

Skriniar
Bastoni
Gvardiol

By many accounts on the latter 2, we were willing to Stump up the extraordinary amounts of cash to bring them in, but their clubs weren't selling for one reason or another.

Either that or the players themselves didn't want to join.

You then end up going to plan C, D, E etc and to you and me, it looks like the board didn't give Conte what he wants, when in reality the business was just not doable on that occasion for those particular players.

You cant just out a figure on a player you want to buy and expect the selling club and player to snatch it in an instant.

Just look at Man City with Kane.

"You can't just throw out a figure*"

Disagree with most of it to be honest.

Richarlson, too expensive and not needed

Bissouma and Spence, pointless if you are not going to play them

At best he has a 50% success rate and when you are throwing millions around that would not be good enough for me.

If it were my money I would not be a happy bunny for sure

Only Bentancur and Kulusevski have had any significant impact on the Spurs team.
