Hopefully both teams will beat Iran and USA in their first two games, leaving a draw between England and Wales in their last group stage game enough to see both teams get through to the knockout stages. Is a "gentleman's agreement" in order here or is that outwith the "spirit of the game" ? I am sure there are others who would do, and have done, the same in that situation.
I realise that there are subsequent consequences of the final group stage positions in respect of which team you play next. Thoughts?
Obviously this question flies out of the window if my initial assumption is wrong.

I agree Baz but England should not underestimate Wales who are ranked 19th in the world by FIFA against England's 5th.

World Cup Wales, hang your heads in shame. You barely got a draw with the Americans and now you lose to a country that is best known for dictators and its attempting to spread world terror!
btw: If Giggs ever manages this team again then you deserve what you get. Did someone forget to tell him that you must play until the final whistle?
