Pick our best Back 4

A contentious issue at the moment as most people blame our poor form on the back 4 but I don't think our defence has been terrible, we just concede worldies or lose possession in the worst areas. Pep normally starts to pick his first 11 around this time but due to dips in form in various areas think we will have to bear with the chop and changing. Anyway my back 4 wiould be

2. Rico Lewis
3. Nathan Ake
4. Reuben Dias (PL) and Aymeric Laporte (CL)
5. John Stones

A bit harsh on Akanji who was bullying Kane the other week and has been so good recently but I still think he is our 4th choice CB. With Ake its all about form, effort and intangibles. We are conceding less because he is playing.He is a fighter and I back him to score a setpiece goal in tough games. If we had Cancelo then best believe the defense would be shipping goals a lot more.

Regarding the itangbles players, It used to be Dias and Bernardo who would bring that fight. I still want Bernardo to play in big games as he has personality but his form particularly creative wise has been poor. To the intagibles players this season, add Rico and Ake.

Although Cancelo has been dog poo, against the weaker sides I would love to see a back 4 of
