From a fan of a League A team, consistency and team spirit is key. It's like Arsenal in the PL. Chelsea maybe technically have better players, but they keep changing them and there is no team spirit. The reason Scotland are in League A and England are in League B is the same. England aren't a team. Just a bunch of random players. Focus on the team instead of individual players. You are not putting together a team of the season.

Ben White has pretty much played every one of his games as RB has he not? So I dont think he picked Maguire instead of him. and its hard to go against Reece James and Walker?

Don't know if it was ever confirmed. There were rumours he'd fallen out with Steve Holland and was unhappy in the camp.
