Wolves welcome... actually we don't welcome them at all.. allow, Roy Hodgson's Crystal Palace in to Molineux in another attempt to bag the vital points that will ensure Premier League survival.

Mario Lemina's injury which forced him off at half time at Leicester has been described by Julen Lopetegui as "not serious" and he may yet be in the squad for this clash. The boss said that they also have one other small injury related issue but would not say with whom.

Palace appear to have struck gold with Hodgson, who has led the team through an unbeaten run of four games picking up ten points to lift them clear of danger. A victory for Wolves would put them equal on points with their opponents.

Palace have some talented attacking players in Olise, Eze & Zaha, the latter having missed the 0-0 draw with Everton at the weekend has returned to training today. Beyond that group though the squad is of fairly average quality. If Wolves can re-capture their form of the previous two home games (and to be fair the first half v Leicester) I fancy us to win.

Goldi's prediction 2-1

Agree Sa made some great saves last night. Interested to see that he is top of the Fantasy Premier League goalkeeper table.

Costa's fitness has improved a lot, which is why his performances have got better. However, I don't think he will be with us next season. As our only real CF, he's not improved his goal tally and with Sasa returning from injury, Fabio coming back (I hope), I think he'll move on. Plus, we may be going for another CF come summer.

Have to assume a CF is on the cards in the summer but that is easier said than done. Kalajdzic is a risk after that injury and we don't know if Silva is even good enough, he is back out of the PSV side again now. Raul will be gone.

That leaves Costa, i wonder if he will have opportunities to go to Saudi or somewhere similar but if we can, we should definitely offer him a deal.

I hope we keep him, worth his pay and all the players like him.
Can’t see Sasa or Fabio being as good ,but who knows.

First two out for door for me would be Hwang and Semedo from the current players getting game time.

Hwang and Moutinhuo for me. Hwang tries but is never a premier player, Mutty great servant, but has had his day.

I think Hwang is a good squad player personally. Presses well. Can be direct when he gets the ball. We need players who can fill in as well as the automatic starters.

This summer we could lose Costa, Jimenez, Moutinho, Traore, Jonny and potentially Neves and RAN. That is a lot to replace. I'm not sure we need to ship out other first team squad players and give ourselves even more work to do to build next year's squad.

Hwang did my nut in last night, gave the ball away too many times and did very little in an attacking role. He can be effective and bring some energy off the bench but not consistent enough to play 90 minutes and we don't need that.

Would like to see Silva come back, only way to find out if he's good enough is to give him a few games. He's had a pretty good season so far so worth giving him a chance I think. Bigger question is Kalajdzic, can he get fit, stay fit and if he can had he got the ability for this league. Sadly Raul has to move on, Hwang can go but wouldn't be averse to giving Costa a deal. With a pre season he could be very effective for us next season. Silva can learn a lot from him too.

Agree with all of that

Like Hwangs energy and he is a grafter but meh, don't think he would be missed but get where Tam is coming from in terms of being an adequate squad filler i guess and giving us extra depth.

Looks like Southampton are pretty much down, can't see them getting much from their remaining fixtures, Forest away looks like their best chance. Everton got battered by Newcastle tonight, lucky it wasn't more than 4. They do have to play Leicester though and us and Bournemouth might well be on the beach for their last two games.
