Well - results going for us with the other teams

The ref was okay for the most part but it was hilarious when he gave the foul the other when Winks was literally shoved to the ground by his shirt.

Well that was a tough listen but we scraped the win and results are what matters. The lack of quality on the opposition has been glaring these first two games. We could scrape our way out of this division not playing that great football but we have to get better otherwise I can’t see it happening.

If we can keep getting results whilst things gel then great. Any decent performances from those that watched?

Job done and while we can see the quality difference on the pitch from last season to this there are good early signs.
3 competitive games - 3 wins - 1 goal conceded - a new manager in place who is trying to find his ‘ideal starting XI - a completely revamped starting XI compared to last year - not conceding set piece goals YET - Enzo trying to get a tweaked system in place that will see us be difficult to beat.
It’s only 2 games but it’s good to get the team into the ‘mentality of winning’ and hopefully it sees us in good stead for the long season ahead.
The sooner we get another CB in ( as well as Coady back in 10 weeks ‘ish) plus Cesarè to take the No 10 creative role then I think we will see another stride forward.

Yeah I think a number of players are too good really - which is why we are winning without not really getting out of first gear. I’ll be honest I could get this team promoted.

Maybe you should have applied then 99…. We could have saved some money and you could have put Rudkin in his place!!!

Nice. Hopefully we can click as a team and really push on. Realising how poor the striker standard in in the championship. We’d have easily lost the last two games in the Prem with the chances created against us but Cov and Hudd looked so poor up top!
