Offski on a permanent transfer to Galatasaray along with Ndombele on a loan with option to buy. I wish Sanchez all the luck in his future, but i for one am delighted we are finally getting rid of the terrible twosome Sanchez and Dier. It didn’t take long for Ange to see the weak links and finally out with the old guard. I knew Sanchez wasn’t part of his plans and he was never good enough.
I don’t expect Dier or Lloris to play any part of this squad and both will probably go in Jan. Apparently Phillips has been really impressing Ange in training, so he will be the Sanchez replacement and we have a fantastic talent in Dorrington in the U21’s.
Obviously Davies will have to be another option too, so we are still weak in that area with an injury to Romero/VDV, but i for one am glad Sanchez and Dier won’t be messing up games for us in a Spurs shirt anymore. Both should have been sold years ago. As for Ndombele, he will go down as one of our worse ever signings. Absolutely atrocious for the money we paid.

Best of luck Davison. Shameful you were booed by Spurs fans. But that's modern fans for you.
At least I always had your back.
We move on. Dier now the back up CB.

Blind loyalty Sandy. You never back Porro for instance like you did Sanchez who lets be honest, was absolutely shocking. As for Dier, no chance. Ange has frozen him out for a reason. Back ups will be Davies and Phillips. Not ideal, but still better than Sanchez and Dier.

Moved on already mate. To be honest Don, once a player manager leaves Spurs, other than if they are a true great, like Jimmy Greaves or Hoddle, I have zero interest in them. That is why I cannot understand all the crying over Pochettino leaving four years ago from some of our supporters.
You move with the times. Spurs have now ditched nearly all of the Pochettino era, that won nothing, and it can only be for the good.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Well the old guard that we’re letting us constantly down in recent years like Lloris, Dier, Sanchez, Winks. Ndombele etc have finally been ditched. It’s been a long time coming.

Wishing Sanchez well. I know I've definitely given him some stick deserved or not but still wish him well. He just was not cut out for the prem, some players aren't.
He won't be the first or the last in this position. I think in Italy or Spain he would be back to the player who we thought was coming to us.
As for N'Dombele, a complete waste of space. He's landed himself a bumper contract and thought not very keen on playing and earning a living, I'll just sit on me Harris an run the my contract down..... khant.

Had all the physical attributes to be a top defender, just lacked the concentration, sometimes he’d make outstanding tackles then the next he’d fall over his own feet

Spent 6 years at Spurs arrived as a youngsters, never really improved even with good players around him, surprised he lasted so long

fair enough though...
if my employer were stupid enough to massively overpay me as there was no consequence to my pay for poor performance, or even coming to work, then i would probably do fack all too.
the Ndombele case is just terrible profile analysis and lack of due diligence by us.

For a long time Levy foolishly thought he could get his money back, or almost on Sanchez which stopped us selling him while his stock was still reasonably high.

I will never forget Sanchez falling over his own feet and headbutting the turf etc, he should have left 3 or 4 years ago.
Ndombelly has been a disastrous signing, the biggest waste of money in the clubs history, whoever did the background checks, due diligence of his character etc before signing him should be sacked for that alone. (that`s if it was done at all that is).

Gundogen put him flat on his face. Pretty much sums up Sanchez for me.
