Bolton Wanderers v Peterborough United

Community day/bring your boots because we've got a lot of injuries day at the toughsheet. Basically a tenner for adults or fiver for kids who don't own season tickets. Another 20000 plus crowd expected. It's been a trying 3 weeks since Bolton beat derby 2-1. Injuries picked up by players on international duty and the Salford game. A damaging 2-1 defeat at reading after being 1-0 saw Bolton drop from 2nd to 7th. All very tight up there with just 4 points separating 1st from 11th. Teams will get promoted this season for being consistent. Still a great opportunity for Bolton but evatt and his players really need to get fitter, tougher and so much harder to beat than they were against reading. Today in adversity with the injury list I would expect a backs to the walls kind of performance reading did last week. Team news. The injury list is quite extensive more than what we have officially been told.allegedly by evatt. What we know. Toal is definitely out suspended for 1 match. Johnston out for the season. Coleman, mendes gomes and maghoma all out probably until after the next international break. Charles is 50/50. Ashworth is now fit after missing last Saturday. B team players Hutchinson, Matheson, khumbeni and tweedley are training with the first team and could be involved today. Tweedley looked a tidy midfield player.when saw him 2 years ago. If he has bulked up then he could be a good addition to the side. We really do need to start bringing our own through. Kick off 3pm.

Look better defensively 4 at the back. Evatt knows how to set us up well not to get beat. Positives Dan looks a new career in midfield, böðvarsson looks more like his old self. Forrester and iredale held it together well at the back. Baxter is looking a good signing as keeper. Going forward and scoring goals is the issue.

Charles lasted 73. Thought the subs better today.

Before the red card, we lost the look of the IE style for much of yesterday. The game was way too fast for our usual IE way, I was asking for tippy tappy to give us a rest.

I was going to ask are we looking a bit Jekyll and Hyde.
Since it could lead to a debate on how it applies to both the team and manager. I'll blame the lack of murder ball we don't play it as much as we used too, as IE tries different things to improve on as each training week passes.

How come we are not seeing a lot from the training routines on the pitch? We are still lacking on passing and shooting accuracy. We had one decent set piece yesterday, apart from that corners and crossing how often do they fly over the top and far away?

We've a long way to go so has the season. Can I take a winter break early.

Leave the car at home for tomorrow night's EFL Trophy game at home.
The roads won't be safe, best you use the train or fly into Howfen International.

Lol having a car to go to the match. A sore subject. No match buses either so no chance of attending tomorrow night.

Benny our scoring goals has been an issue for a long time and yet Evatt seems to think that we have the players to do the job.

Time will tell but if we are still miss-fireing in December, surely Evatt must sign a striker in January.

swie, your best hopes for a striker signing maybe in your letter to Father Christmas rather than the January window.
Shouldn't we have players in all positions capable of scoring, the rest of the team should be chipping in when our strikers can't hit the target.
