Lack of accountability and transparency is the issue. Officials are pros so why can't they explain their decisions during the match as they do in rugby?

Not really, Arsenal player kicked the ball out of play and then dived similar to the one they got against Man City last season. The 2nd one the Bournemouth player lunged and connected with no one again but Arsenal player dived again. We don't get pens when there is direct contact by opposition players on our players.

That’s not a penalty in my book. Contact was minimal if any.

Lol kicked his legs and direct contact is minimal while Arsenal players dive against Man City and Bournemouth and initiate contact and get penalties.
