Granted that Celtic was down to 10, but did anyone expect a different outcome? Sadly, Scottish teams have proven that the Scottish PL is sub-par and has been for many years! This issue needs to be addressed or many more humiliations are in the future.

There hasn’t been a lot of thought put into this post. Either that or the intended message has been lost in translation.

Yes we did expect a different outcome. We don’t expect players will be sent off on the basis of a single (and misleading) camera angle. We were doing ok until then.

Did we expect to win? Of course not. But 6-0, whisky many might have wished for it; it wasn’t expected.

Anyways.

I will re-iterate my points and will refrain from personal attack.

- Anyone who expected Celtic not to lose this game is somewhat delusional! Admitedly a 6-0 loss is unacceptable! Celtic does not have the required skill players to compete at this level.

- Fortunately, for Celtic and Scottish football, many on this board openly realize this fact.

- Also, we have the usual folks who look for someone, or something to blame....the Board, McGregor, Joe Hart, Rodgers etc. etc.

- The root cause of the problem is the Scottish FA. They are not doing their job in trying to develop AND retain local talent. They are not "selling" the Scottish PL as an attractive place to play football. Maybe they are right? The English PL is miles ahead of them on this issue. Why are very few foreign stars playing in this league? Why such a dearth of successful foreign Coaches/ Managers? Having more foreign talent in this league would also inspire local managers and youth development! Is the Board simply happy with the status quo? ie: Letting Celtic and Rangers run the show?

Sometimes asking tough questions is more painful than a 6-0 DEFEAT!
