Its finally official though and it creates a bit of a buzz. If you dont care, thats fine.

Problem with high expectations is that might not be met. But then again, cant wait to rampage a city again. Gonna play GTA V just to get the feel back.

would prefer a red dead 3, but understand GTA is next in rotation.

Read dead 2 is proper, thats how AAA games should be made.

Much better atmosphere, story and immersion.

The bit with the horse at the end was a proper gutter, I wish they found a better way to do the end game the epilogue bit was crap, there was a few things that I still l wanted to do with Morgan.

GTA was good but it didnt grip me the way Red dead did (granted im only comparing the single player version of the game)

I had to try a couple of times to get into Red Dead 2 but once I did it was far and away the better game, unfortunately Rockstar were still pumping resources into GTA Online and it got neglected.

Hopefully that doesn't indicate anything for the future of the game cos it'd still do massive sales.

na they wont abandon Read Dead it did massive numbers. Rockstar confirmed that they will continue to make them. Cant see it being on this generation of consoles however, expect to wait another 5-7 years for read dead 3

Yeah, just wish they'd properly remastered the first one in the meantime!

But isn't that the thing - like one is Django unchained and the other is a Guy Ritchie movie? Both are fantastic at what they do. Like sometimes I want hunt, other time I want a jet pack and a rocket launcher

This made me chuckle.
It's a testatement to how truly remarkable that game was. Players were just so immersed into it. We were Arthur Morgan.
