115 trial date agreed

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-12809173/Man-City-Premier-League-agree-date-tribunal-financial-rule-break-charges.html

The opportunity for the legions of United and Liverpool fans to go and present their evidence of City cheating is finally here.

Act fast so your wish to see City in the Conference League is actualized.

We didn't withold information from CAS and copoperated with them all the way as they were a neutral panel rather than a group of rival CFO's.
====
You know I'm talking about not cooperating with UEFA not CAS. I'm sure you know that. What you trying to do here? Confusing me won't help as I'm not on the independent commission hearing City's case.
====================================
My comment still stands.

Would you tell me or the rest of the board where you live and how much you earn? No.

Would you supply the same information to a bank or HMRC? Yes.

In the final analysis football is going to completely implode...we all know it, it's a matter of when - not if

I've loved our ride in the last 20 years though
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Of course now that your ride is over football is gonna implode soon anyway. How convenient

I didn't make the fackin rules son

115 charges in mental.

Can they honestly be innocent of all the charges?

Seems unlikely to me, but we shall see....

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Who cares what they say? Do YOU think City aren't cheats? Do you need their kangaroo court to confirm to you that City are cheats? Are you waiting with bated breath to find out if City doped the fack out of football?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Can you provide an example of how City cheated?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes I can. Thank you for this question. It's a very good question btw.

Just look at when City were charged, found guilty and punished for cheating. Is that example enough for ya?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Who punished City for cheating and when?

In 2014, City were fined for exceeding the spending limit allowed for FFP. If this is what you were referring to, then this makes ALL clubs in Europe (including United) who have been fined for breaking FFP cheats.

If not, then please can you elaborate further so others can read how City cheated.

Did they bribe match officials or fixed matches?

How exactly did City cheat?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You're wasting my time making me explain the obvious just because you're defending the indefensible. Clubs don't exceed FFP limits for the same reasons. United got hit by COVID and have still been punished, Everton were reckless and have been punished, yet you think City are being witch hunted you deluded muppet.

What's City's excuse for exceeding FFP limit? Of course they have their excuses but everyone knows it was nothing but doping. So all clubs that break FFP for cheating purposes are cheaters and should be punished accordingly. United and Everton didn't have 115 charges though.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The charges are accounting related and if proven, could lead to us failing FFP
City has not failed FFP to date after we agreed to a settlement in 2014.

With regards to the with hunting, would you accept the verdict if City are exonerated?

Aren't a lot of the charges actually the same charges repeated year after year for the years investigated? I often wondered how they reached quite so many.
