On one hand it makes sense to give the back up 'keeper minutes, but he was so nervy and all over the place against Brentford it might not be the greatest idea against an attacking threat like Liverpool.

Agree with ESR. Whilst I don't think there is a need for rotation due to the 2 weeks off, I do think the team needs freshening up for form reasons.
I would even go as far as playing Havertz up top, Jesus wide and ESR in the middle 3.
Sadly there aren't too many options across the pitch, as would have liked to drop White as well.
