Anti competiton rules challenge

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-13065503/Premier-League-faces-legal-battle-believed-Man-City-threaten-action-proposals-commercial-deals-inflated-prices.html

Another legal battle on the horizon.
I hope to God that it is City that is challenging this rule.
We cannot allow clubs to make rules that are not consistent with the laws of the land.

Existing rules are fine but this change reeks of desperation and a witch-hunt.
You can't trust Liverpool and United.
All their proposals to date have been geared to their benefit and nothing for the overall good of the game.

It's never their fault.

"Even Liverpool didn’t dispute that, as you say, they accepted guilt."

Are you honestly this thick or are you just pretending for the lols?

The Liverpool hacking scandal was in 2013. The subject was brought up again in 2020 but the FA ruled that too much time had passed to take further action.

In 2023, the FA charged City with offences that allegedly happened in 2009.

No agenda of course.

Well Peter O'Han.... seems to think it's City's fault if you read his comments.

Well take that up with him then

Yeah not being thick for the lols

So you disagree with him, good.

Anyway, off to the match now.

Damn these early KO's.

Maybe time to get over it, it has been 10 years. I haven't seen you this upset since the team bus you bought for City got a broken window

I think he was merely suggesting that City had been careless, which is entirely different. I’ve not seen one person suggest that Liverpool had done no wrong.

You’re definitely being thick Boris. Again.

So the club admitted guilt, the vast majority of LFC fans accept it happened but one fan disagrees and its indicative of the 'it's never your fault' slur that gets thrown at the club and fans.

Yeah fookoff Boris.

Whether it should have been disabled or not is irrelevant from a legal perspective.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Which is why Liverpool admitted guilt straight away and paid compensation.

It’s hilarious how Boris and the other two City fans on here keep bringing this up in comparison to the charges City are facing.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The Liverpool hacking scandal is illegal, City have not been charged with any criminal offences.

Big difference.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Exactly, then stop comparing the two

Boris using disaster jibes. Apart from the Israel issue all his other opinions are reetarded and he's showing here what a little piece of excrement he is.
